Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP explains what is and isn’t allowed when using NeuroLink Agency services.

1. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our services to:

• Break any laws.

• Send spam or phishing messages.

• Spread viruses, malware, or harmful code.

• Collect personal data without consent.

• Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.

2. System Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass security measures.

• Interfere with service performance.

• Share your account access with unauthorized users.

3. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your subscription without a refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 17/08/2025

1. Refunds

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds for unused days in a paid month.

2. Cancellations

• You can cancel at any time.

• If canceled before the end of the month, your service stays active until the paid term ends.

• We send a reminder 7 days before the subscription ends.

3. Late Payments

• After the subscription ends, you have 14 days to pay.

If payment is not made within that period, your account will be suspended.
