1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the monthly subscription services provided by NeuroLink Agency (“we”, “our”, “us”). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

• We provide AI automation solutions, chatbots, workflow setups, and related digital services on a subscription basis.

• The exact features and scope of each subscription plan will be stated on our website or agreed upon in writing.

• We may improve or update our services over time without prior notice, provided the core service remains the same.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for each month of service.

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 7 days before your subscription period ends.

• If you cancel your subscription before the end of the paid period, your service will remain active until the end date of that period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

• If payment is not made by the end of your subscription period, you will have a 14-day grace period to complete payment.

• If payment is still not received after the grace period, the subscription will be canceled and services will be suspended.

• We may change subscription prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice before the new rate applies.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information necessary for us to deliver the service.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to us.

• You must not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, all tools, scripts, and systems we develop remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for your business.

• You may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

• We will treat all non-public information you share as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, unless required by law.

7. Service Availability

• While we aim to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available or error-free.

• Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which the issue occurred.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of its term by simply not making a renewal payment.

• We may suspend or terminate your subscription for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

• Termination does not release you from paying any outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the new “Effective Date”.
