Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the monthly subscription chatbot services provided by NeuroLink Agency. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

• We provide chatbots powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Add-ons available: Accountant Bot and Personal Assistant Bot.

• Service features are listed on our website or in writing when agreed with you.

• We may update or improve features over time, but the core service (chatbots) remains the same.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

• Base chatbot price: 40 JOD per month.

• Add-ons: +20 JOD each.

  • Total with 1 add-on: 60 JOD/month.

  • Total with 2 add-ons: 70 JOD/month.

• Payments are billed in advance each month.

• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will receive a reminder 7 days before expiry.

• If you cancel, the service continues until the end of the paid month (no refunds for partial months).

• If payment is late, you have a 14 days grace period before suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information required for setup.

• Use chatbots only for lawful purposes.

• Not misuse the service (spam, fraud, illegal content).

5. Intellectual Property

• Chatbot systems remain our property until full payment is made.

• After payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the chatbot for your business.

• Reselling or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you provide as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Maintenance or technical issues may occasionally interrupt access.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from service use.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the month in question.

9. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel by not renewing your subscription.

• We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

• Outstanding fees remain due even if terminated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
